If you are a Tenant, and have been or are about to be served with a Schedule of Dilapidations, we can help. We can inspect the property and produce a Schedule of Condition which we can compare with the Landlords schedule and establish how fair it is. We can often negotiate a reduced liability with the Landlord’s Surveyor.
