Mike Cowley B.Sc. MRICS founded the Firm in 1993 and has 28 years experience in the Survey and Valuation of Residential and Commercial Property.

Originally hailing from Sheffield but having been resident in the local area since 1990, he has worked in Private Practice and has also been an Estates Surveyor with two multiple retailers, managing their property portfolios throughout the Country.His experience is significant, and his approach is professional but very friendly, and honest, and like the Firm, he puts his Clients interests before any other. Mike is "just the wrong side of 45", very happily married, with 2 growing up daughters.

Adam Hunt BSc (Hons) MRICS joined the firm in 2002 after graduating in Building Surveying from UCE Birmingham in 2001 and taking a year out to travel and see the world. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in March 2005. In February 2007 Adam joined Mike in the Partnership with a view to strengthening the firm and providing options for its future development.

Adam was born in Coventry and so has excellent local knowledge of the City and surrounding areas and tends to cover Mid Warwickshire and the West Midlands. His reports are very detailed and helpful but if a client ever feels the need to clarify anything he is more than happy to receive a phone call at any time as his mobile phone is always on.

Adam Hunt is approved as an RICS Registered Valuer

A Graduate of Nottingham Trent University in Urban Estate Surveying and currently in his second year of his APC prior to his anticipated Qualification as a Chartered Surveyor, Ed lives in Rugby and has greatly impressed with his obvious natural talent for the profession. Just 25 years of age, he has a great future ahead of him and will be fundamental to the continued growth and development of the Firm.

Gill Rosser is the firms Practice Manager and has worked with Mike for close to 10 years. She has a wealth of Secretarial/Administrative experience and oversees the day to day running of the office including keeping the Surveyors diaries and providing customers with quotations.

Gill is very friendly and approachable and will quickly deal with any administrative queries via telephone, fax or email.

Elaine has recently joined the company in an administrative position after a career break spent looking after a young family.

Prior to that she spent many years working for a local firm of surveyors, where she gained extensive knowledge of the property in the area, with particular affinity for the rural sector.
